What should a standard RFQ contain?

What do you need for an emergency replacement?
The failed unit’s part number, a nameplate photograph, the manufacturer, the technical specification, the quantity required, the application where relevant, the required delivery date and the destination.
What are the payment terms?
Payment by bank transfer or letter of credit at sight. Advance payment is possible on first orders. The order confirmation states the term.
Can I attach files to the form?
The form takes text only. Send BOM files and photographs by email to [email protected] with your company name and the request type in the subject line.
